1. TRADITIONAL ENERGY DRINK RECIPE: KHARJURADI MANTHA

INGREDIENTS:

(Measurements for 400 ml)

  1. 30 grams of Seedless Grapes 
  2. 20 grams of Soft Dates (deseeded)
  3. 15 grams or 3 teaspoons of  Roasted Puffed Paddy
  4. 10 grams of  Jaggery
  5. 300 ml Cold Water

INSTRUCTIONS:

Blend all of the ingredients together in a mixer grinder, add cold water and stir. For better results, soak all ingredients an hour ahead of time in sufficient amounts of water.

This is an excellent drink for those with bad digestive health and can counter fatigue and dehydration. Rich in electrolytes, iron, Vitamin B6, and fibre, it’s an excellent energy source and body coolant. It is also gluten-free hence safe to consume for those with Celiac Disease or Gluten Intolerance.
