The course will provide basic knowledge on integrating yoga into your lifestyle to restore tranquillity. It covers the theoretical and practical aspects of yoga. This course requires complete immersion and includes asanas, kriyas, pranayama, meditation, diet modification, attitude training, and a lot more related to the mental and spiritual well-being aspect of Yoga.
